Men’s Jeans Trends Summer 2012 2013
Fast your wardrobe for the new season update? The first purchase is of course a pair of jeans. Latest model, new style. We update you on the jeans we’ve seen on the catwalks.
Trash look and higher waistlines
The common thread in the collections were bleached jeans with a coveted trash look. By John Richmond – a brand that conquered the world with his jeans – we saw light jeans with holes in moccasins were shown with snake print.
Ermanno Scervino Also, a brand that we personally appreciate it, went for bleached jeans with worn patches with sturdy boots were shown. This kind of pants do well with a nice blazer (Scervino showed it on bare skin).
Vivienne Westwood came up with a very personal interpretation of the trash look. They showed jeans with paint splatters and sewn pieces. She combined with jeans jeans. Want to create her look then wear your jeans and bare-chested (your jeans shirt knot around your waist) or with a waistcoat in jeanswear. We just pick the right opportunity
In Dsquared2, another brand known for its jeanswear, we saw a relatively high waist jeans. Gentlemen, it seems that the era of afzakjeans over. Keep those panties inside! Be remarkably all these jeans catwalk seam or a fold had. Choose this season, as Dsquared2 for jeans with a high (er) waist – in the late ’70s, early ’80s style, a little “Thomas Magnum” so to speak – and then wear your shirt your pants (not about).
A classic? The dark jeans with straight pipe
Is the trash look is not your style or does not fit your lifestyle, then it safe with a classic dark jeans. The models are a little tighter this season, the legs and waist are right – we said it – is generally higher. Remember also, the less detail (pockets, buttons) how the classic look.
