Good news for Hermès! The brand has a lawsuit against websites selling counterfeit bags won.
An Hermès bag is a dream for many women. Unfortunately this is a very expensive fashion dream, so many fakes in circulation and there is the brand of course not happy. Therefore Hermès filed a lawsuit against 34 websites, including HermesOutletStore.com HermesBagsOutlet.org and Hermes Birkin-Bags.org that counterfeit Hermès bags, scarves, jewelry and other accessories sold.
The court had the sites several times requested the products offered to pick, but this request was ignored each time. Therefore, Judge Denise Cote of the court of Manhattan now decided that the sites from the air. Similarly, the counterfeit products no longer appear in search engines and the ads on the sites from social networking. Finally, the 34 shops combined damages of $ 100 million to pay Hermès.

Personally I find it a very good thing that this lawsuit against counterfeit Hermès bags wins. I am absolutely no fan of fake products, but also I find it worse that there are people who fake bag for a few 100 euro buy on the assumption that this is real.
