It is now scientifically proven: the beauty sleep really works. People who sleep enough hours per day, look more attractive and healthier than people who sleep too little. This emerged from a study by the Karolinska Institute in Sweden who was recently published in the British Medical Journal.
The researchers took photographs of 23 subjects between 18 and 31 years old. The first photo was taken after the person had slept eight hours. A second photo was taken 31 hours after that same person had remained continuously awake and then only five hours slapen.Daarna could have been asked objective observers to 65 photos to compare and say which of the two they found most attractive. Generally found the obesrvators the photos of those who had slept little uglier than the appointed people. .
